  1. I was talking to someone today who came from Africa Continent and has been to many countries. He has 12 grandchildren and the only thing he is not happy about in America is the food. He says American food the processed one is killing folks by giving lifestyle diseases ( obesity, high BP, diabetics, heart attacks, depressions) even though they are giving longevity.
    PS: His point eat food with the following composition… Carbohydrate, Fat, Proteins, vitamins, minerals – this should be on each of our plates in every meal.
