ON MENTAL HEALTH
♡ Being Mentally Ill and Having a Mental Illness ARE Different EveryOne; the Mentally Ill Recover as Being Mentally Ill is Temporary while Having a Mental Illness is Permanent and Diagnosed, Treated then Stabilised, for example, when I Was Younger I Resented Being Humbled by Physical Abuse and I ReActed with Rage, Grief, Depression and Anxiety…like a Good Wine with Age, and Treatment, I Grew to Accept Humbleness along with My Psychiatric Conditions as a Seventh Virtue; the Other Six Being ‘Faith, Hope, Charity, PAT(Patience, Acceptance Tolerance)’…so many Others ARE Too Ashamed To Honestly Admit, Acknowledge and Address Their MMHI (Multiple Mental Health Issues) because of THE STIGMA!!! Associated with MMHI; so I Implore YOU!!! ALL to Reach Out to Trusted Ones if YOU!!! even just Suspect YOU!!! Have MMHI because MMHI ARE Insidious and have a Gradual OnSet…ergo if Nipped in The Bud it’s Mentally Ill; otherwise it Escalates to Mental Illness

ON MOOD MANAGEMENT
♡ We ALL Get Grumpy and Sad from Time-To-Time; if We Deny this Simple Truth it just makes it WORSE!!! and may lead to Being Mentally Ill (Temporary) or Mental Illness (Permanent)…a Key Factor is Stressors; it’s NOT!!! ALWAYS EASY!!! to Identify the UnderLying Causes of Stress…it’s Crystal Clear Clarity that an Important Aspect of Identifying Stressors is Genuine, Honest, Authentic Conversation with Trusted Ones; be it Free or Very Expensive…so I Suggest don’t take it PERSONALLY!!! when a ‘Friend’ doesn’t take calls, return calls/messages or, Divine Forbid, Totally CUTS YOU OFF!!! it’s Their Issue NOT!!! YOURS!!!
