I Have previously Valued Being Right at Any Cost; Holding this Value has Cost Me Dearly in Lost Relationships & Peace of Mind…these days I Hold a Different Value; a Value that Respects ALL Points of View without necessarily Agreeing with them…a Value underpinned by a Philosophy of Agree-To-Disagree; We Are Diverse, that is Our Nature…I Believe that We Do well to Listen to others; not Listen simply because We Want to Say Something in Argument but Actively Listen because We Want to Understand before We Respond…I Used to Quote Facts, Figures & Other Supporting Evidence when Arguing; now I Simply Make My Point Once and Respect The Response of The Other if They Choose to Disagree & Argue…They Have Heard Me; There is Nothing More for Me to Say beyond:
