Relationships Matter – Anger, Grief & Other Upset

I believe that we are ALL allowed to be Angry and Upset whenever we NEED TO BE; I also believe that Our Anger & Upset is Only A Problem when We Unleash it at Others in ways such as Being:
♡ Vindictive
♡ Viscous
♡ Vitriolic
…the Potential Impact on Others is that they may also Get Angry & Upset and we may end up in a FIGHT!!!…I used to be Really Nasty & Mean with My Anger, Grief & Upset; now I mostly wait for Angry & Upset to disappear (‘cos I KNOW it will ALWAYS PASS as it ALWAYS has done in the PAST) before I re-engage with my Friends, Family & Others…
♡ Everything we Say or Write about Others is a Pretty Accurate Description of OurSelves?

Anger can be a worse problem when not unleashed but kept to oneself and not shared.

I totally agree KJA, that’s probably the primary reason Lynnie & I split; she bottles then explodes, I sulk then view now is to take my anger out against an inanimate object like a tree, then when I’ve calmed down explain to my loved ones what I THINK is bugging me…some years ago I had a particularly harrowing confrontation with my mother around the physical abuse she allowed my father to administer when I was a kid; she cried for a while then she apologised…she remains the first person I turn to when I’m really upset; a role Lynne filled for a while until it got too much for her ♡♡♡…
